Buz Collins (1972-2002) was the son of Dolly and nephew of Shirley Collins. A talented songwriter and musician, he worked with his wife Sam, living on their narrowboat "The Maid in England". The influences of the waterways and railways were obvious in his work and wiith an eye for detail and a delightful sense of the comic, he tackled social history, romance and snobbery with vigour and passion.
